Project Summary: The Coesse neighborhood is located in unincorporated Whitley County (Union Township) approximately three miles east of the corporate limits of Columbia City along United States Route 30. The nearest sewage treatment provider is the municipal utility of Columbia City. Existing Columbia City infrastructure is located at the Coesse intersection of South 500 East and East McJunkin Street. Columbia City has expressed a willingness to provide treatment services for this project.
